100 g Flaxseed
150 g Dried apricots
50 g Cashews
50 g Hazelnuts
50 g Almonds
100 g mixed flakes (I use Spelt mix)
1 tsk cinnamon
1 tsk vanilla powder
Mixe it up on a dry frying pan, a few minuts and let it cool down.
Really nice for breakfast as topping on Skyr.
